Cod Roe Burger
Ingredients: Heat the bread. Fork-stir the cod roe spreadable with the chopped chives and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse and cut the lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Roast the peanuts on an unoiled frying pan and cool on a piece of kitchen towelling. Chop and mix with sesame seeds to make a topping. Spread the code roe spreadable on the bread, arrange with lettuce, tomatoes and capers and sprinkle with the peanut and sesame seed topping before closing the roll.
